Brusletto Knife Blade Blanks
For more than 100 years, high-quality utility knives have been produced by Brusletto in the Norwegian town of Geilo. Today, stainless Sandvik steel 12C27 (0.6% C, 13.5% Cr) is predominantly used for the blades, as in the examples presented here. Hardened to 58 Rockwell, they are largely ground and tempered.
