Black Douglas TD XP10

The Black Douglas Series has three riser lengths, The Black Douglas 21" in length making bows 60" to 66". The Black Douglas Swift 19" in length making bows from 58" to 64" and the Black Douglas Ultra 17" in length making bow lengths from 56" to 62" in length

The Black Douglas take-apart recurve offers the longest riser in the series and in the 64" and 66" bow lengths caters for those field archers with longer draw lengths.
The 60" and 62" versions work very well for shorter draw archers looking for a slightly longer bow for enhanced stability. Short, sharp acting limbs on a longer riser boosting overall performance.

Border's well proven XP10 carbon laminate constructed limb heralded a break through in limb design and technology. With an increase in limb lateral or torque stiffness of over 70% the XP10 laminate increased this vital element of recurve limb design. The XP10 carbon limb was the first limb designed with inbuilt paradox control.

Increase the torsional stiffness of a recurve limb and you decease the amount that the arrow moves sideways from the action of the archer's release. You improve and tighten the impact point, the consistency of the arrow group in the target. Horizontal accuracy is measurably improved.

X10 Carbon limbs made by Border are fast and smooth to shoot but most of all very forgiving of release errors giving the archer the confidence for those shots that really matter.
