Hornet TD

The Hornet, an elegantly proportioned TD recurve using the same geometry as the Black Douglas.
Riser is carbon glass reinforced. The bow is Fastflite approved. The riser crafted from exotic hardwoods Amazaque and Bubinga.

Exceptional shooting forgiveness and stability is available from the XP10 Carbon Elm finished limbs. XP10 carbon limb laminates generates exceptional limb tip stiffness reducing the effect of the archers release on the paradox of the arrow. Tighter arrow groups result.
Offers improved performance levels over many of the higher cost custom bows on the market.
Elegant and classic lines and superlative performance are brought together in the Hornet.
The Hornet has a 19" riser and 4.5" sight window bow lengths available range from 58" to 64". Shown here with optional thumb bolts in place of standard Allen bolts.

Bracing heights and draw lengths (These are meant as guides for initial setup):

58" & 60" = 7.5" to 8"
62" & 64" = 7.75" to 8.25"

58" up to 28"
60" 26" to 29"
62" 28" to 30"
64" 29" to 32"
