Black Douglas TD XP30

The Black Douglas Series has three riser lengths, The Black Douglas 21" in length making bows 60" to 66". The Black Douglas Swift 19" in length making bows from 58" to 64" and the Black Douglas Ultra 17" in length making bow lengths from 56" to 62" in length

The BD XP30 Express carbon has all of the amazing stability and forgiveness of the XP10 but also offers extra speed and smoothness. The limb construction has 9 individual laminations. The XP30 Express offers a high level of stability.
The Black Douglas XP30 Carbon Express limb is an advance over the XP10 and offers additional high strength carbon. The highly advanced XP30 carbon bow lamination offers the same torsional stiffness of the XP10 but with a lighter limb mass giving extra speed and reduced levels of after shock and limb vibration.
The XP30 Carbon Express can be crafted with clear glass over Elm, Red Elm, Zebrano, Shedua, Bubinga, Mulberry or Yew veneers.

A new limb shape with constant curve technology combined with Border's new TX40 plus bow laminates culminates in a exceptional limb that is quiet, offers added tunability, enhanced stability and shooting forgiveness and exceptional speed.
The HEXIV is the fourth generation design development of a program aimed at exceptional recurve performance. The limb profile is designed to maximize stored energy while offering a smooth draw and quiet shooting bow.

The TX40 plus bow facings are twice as strong as conventional bow facings and 40% lighter in mass. The result is a limb construction with exceptionally low weight. The TX40 facings also generate 12% added limb torsional rigidity for added accuracy.
